If any product arrives damaged or inaccurate, please advise within 10 days. Email info@hooplstyle.com for a new piece.

Our Jewelry is meant to be loved and last. We will work with you till you love it. We will accept returns for any reason in original packaging with your bill of sale. For 30 days.

We will replace any damaged or lost shipments. Please send an email to info@hooplstyle.com with your order information and a photo and we will start the replacement right away. 

We do not offer replacements on FINE jewelry. And Sales are final. We will always work to make them perfect, replace anything damaged in shipping, or errors in design.
