Fashion Jewelry - Orders are ready to ship next day (weekdays only). Shipping duration depends on which shipping service / rate customer has selected at checkout.

Fine & Personalized Jewelry - As our pieces are all hand finished in Guelph, Ontario Canada, please allow time for production. The production time will vary from piece to peace and may take 2 weeks. You can find the specific production time for each piece listed within that product page under timing. Please note shipping time frames do not
include production time.

Expedited shipping begins once the order is complete. Items that are made to order will ship via expedited shipping once production time is complete. Production time is generally 10-14 BUSINESS days.

• Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).
• Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.
• Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).
• The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable. Also, the shipping fee is calculated from our carrier providers and is based on the order weight and distance that product travels from our warehouse to the customers shipping address. • Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and Germany may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. Please note that Hooplastyle does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
